IDD Therapy

Intervertebral Differential Dynamics or IDD Therapy is the non-surgical spinal decompression which relieves pressure on targeted spinal discs and gently restores mobility in the affected area. During the treatment you lie on the machine – it is computer controlled and perfectly comfortable.

Gait Analysis

Gait Analysis is not just for a sports person. It isn’t just about flat feet – it’s about a host of other largely invisible issues, which can cause problems throughout the legs, hips and spine.

Santa Paws

Santa Paws is an annual visitor to The Ashgrove Clinic, where he’s delighted to hold a phtotshoot with local pets in order to raise money for Medical Detection Dogs. Dogs are his main customers, of course, but a particular favourite last year was Tortellini the tortoise. So far, he hasn’t had a snake, but he has high hopes this year! The pet photoshoot keeps Santa Paws busy for one day of the year, but he is also (of course) an osteopath, so has plenty to fill his time between Christmasses.

Jason Sheridan

Jay is our Senior Sports Therapist. He has over 20 year’s experience and is probably one of the most highly qualified sports therapists in the country.

Jay also holds the (Dip 5) in Sports and Remedial Massage. He’s trained with the Football Association in treatment of acute injuries, has a Strength and Conditioning qualification and also uses laser and IDD.
